Dragana Clarke

A highly experienced, qualified and proficient Major Events Advisor. She is currently the Director Planning and Coordination, Operational Readiness and Main Operations Center for Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. Dragana has extensive experience advising on and leading planning, programme management and operational delivery in complex, international multi-agency environments.  She has a proven track record designing and delivering governance solutions, organisational transformation, operations centres and readiness programmes in multiple major international events.

Before her current role, she was the Director C4 and Operational Readiness FIFA World Cup 2022 for Qatar’s Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy which included Director Operations for the Main Operations Centre. Prior to this she established and ran a specialist consultancy, advising international clients on the design and delivery of multiple aspects of major event planning and operations.  Previous clients include the IOC, organising committees for Olympic and Paralympic summer and winter games, Youth Olympics and World EXPO, National Olympic Committees, and International Sports Federations.

Dragana holds an MBA and a Masters Degree in Sports Management and has extensive international experience across Europe, the Middle East and Far East.
